Welcome to Learn Isle! These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the Learn Isle mobile game and website (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. Please read them carefully before using our Service. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use our Service.

1. Eligibility
The Learn Isle Service is intended for children aged 6-12 and their parents or guardians. By using our Service, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into these T&C on behalf of a minor or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are a minor.

2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Learn Isle game, users may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or breach of these T&C.

3. Payment and Subscriptions
Learn Isle operates on a freemium model, offering basic features for free while providing optional in-app purchases for additional content, customization options, and advanced educational tools. By making any in-app purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through Learn Isle, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the property of Learn Isle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written consent. Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Learn Isle Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
